            Important: AI Poker Sim is an entertainment and educational product. We do not offer real-money gambling. All chips are virtual and have no monetary value.
        

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Poker Sim (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Poker Sim is an online Texas Hold'em poker simulator that uses large language models (LLMs) to create AI opponents. The Service is provided for entertainment, education, and skill development purposes only.

3. No Real-Money Gambling

AI Poker Sim is NOT a gambling service.

All chips are virtual and have no cash value
Chips cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged for real money
VIP Room subscriptions provide access to premium features, not gambling opportunities
The Service is designed for entertainment and skill practice only
No real money can be won or lost

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you should have parental permission to use the Service.

5. Account Registration

You may play as a guest without creating an account (with limited features)
Registered accounts require a valid email address
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
One person may not maintain multiple accounts

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
Use automated tools (bots) to play the game
Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Share your account with others
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or timeout restrictions
Scrape, data mine, or extract information from the Service

7. VIP Room Subscription

VIP Room is a paid subscription providing premium features
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with advance notice
VIP features may change over time; we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AI Poker Sim, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of AI Poker Sim and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service
Use our trademarks or branding without permission
Create derivative works based on the Service

9. AI and Gameplay

AI opponents are powered by large language models and may occasionally make unexpected decisions
We do not guarantee perfect gameplay or error-free AI behavior
AI opponents only see their own cards, ensuring fair gameplay
Game outcomes are determined by poker rules and AI decision-making, not by any algorithms designed to favor or disadvantage specific players

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Uninterrupted or error-free service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Poker Sim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
Modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice
Refuse service to anyone for any reason

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden. However, nothing in this section shall prevent us from seeking injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where a breach of these Terms has occurred or is threatened.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Poker Sim regarding the Service.
